Changing Octaves

  • To shift the keyboard up or down one octave, use the octave shift optical sensor. 7
  • Running your finger along the left side of the keyboard, starting near the front of the white keys. towards the back of the keyboard will transpose the keyboard up one octave. Your finger should travel from one side of the optical sensor to the other. You do not need to make physical contact with the optical sensor.
  • A red LED will flash, indicating success.
  • Changing Miselu C.24 Octaves
  • To shift down an octave, move your finger along the left side of the keyboard, starting from about the middle of the black keys moving towards the front of the white keys.
  • A red LED will flash, indicating success.
  • The KEY app displays the low pitch, just to the left of the visual representation of the C.24.
  • If you have multiple keyboards grouped together they will transpose simultaneously as one keyboard.

Sustain

  • To turn Sustain on, use the optical sensor on the right side of the keyboard. 8
  • To turn Sustain on, run your finger from the front of the keyboard towards the back of the keyboard. A red LED will light to indicate sustain is on.
  • To turn Sustain off, run your finger from just behind the optical sensor towards the front of the keyboard.
  • The red LED will go off to show sustain is no longer active.
